The Challenge

The existing secondhand fashion marketplace had low user engagement and poor conversion rates. Users were abandoning their shopping carts and struggling to find items they wanted. The challenge was to redesign the user experience to make buying and selling secondhand fashion more intuitive and enjoyable.

What I Learned

This project reinforced the importance of user research in driving design decisions. The biggest impact came from addressing trust issues rather than just visual improvements. I also learned that mobile-first design is crucial for e-commerce platforms, as user behavior on mobile differs significantly from desktop.
